App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

1. Access staging.new.expensify.com
2. Add a domain (K.com for example)
3. Go to member page and add any random member
4. Select the member and observe the Vacation Delegate text

Expected Result:

User expects the text to be black like the rest of the text on the page

Actual Result:

The text is a light grey, seems like the function can't be toggled but you can actually select a user for this function.
