Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Open any chat.
3. Upload an image with size larger than the limit (attached below).

Expected Result:

App will not blink when "Attachment error" modal shows up.

Actual Result:

App blinks when "Attachment error" modal shows up.
