[$250] Add share option to saved searches #87627

Description

Description

Add a "Share" option to saved searches so users can share their saved search with others.

The implementation should focus on a simple copy link flow using the existing "Copied" pattern (the same UX used when copying a message — the row changes to a green checkmark and says "Copied"):

  1. User clicks the three-dot menu on a saved search
  2. Sees a "Share" option
  3. Clicks "Share" — the saved search URL is immediately copied to the clipboard
  4. The "Share" row updates to show a green checkmark with "Copied" text (matching the existing copy-message pattern)
  5. User can then share the link with other users (via Expensify chat, Slack, email, etc.)
  6. When another user opens the link, the search is displayed and can be saved to their account
  7. If the user is not signed in, they'll be routed to the sign-in page. Once authenticated, they'll need to click the link again to navigate to the search result.
  8. If the recipient has fewer permissions than the sharer, they may see fewer or no results
