[Due for payment 2026-04-28] perf: Raise BillingGracePeriodEnds subscriptions out of list items

Problem

The search list currently keeps BillingGracePeriodEnds useOnyx subscriptions inside individual list items.

Proposal

Raise the BillingGracePeriodEnds subscriptions out of the list items and pass the resolved values down from SearchList so rows subscribe less aggressively.

Context

This issue was created to track #87625.

Why this helps

This is a performance-oriented refactor intended to reduce row-level subscriptions in FlashList and improve Search rendering time.
