Investigation Summary: Classification: Frontend bug. Causing PR: 85114 (Migrate main chat to FlashList with inverted flag) by @VickyStash, High confidence. Recommendation: REVERT. PR 85114 replaces InvertedFlatList with InvertedFlashList based on shopify/flash-list 2.3.0 for the main chat list. The scroll-jump after creating an expense is caused by FlashList progressive batch rendering with layout measurement cycles - the list temporarily scrolls up during re-measurement before settling back down. Bug is staging-only (9.3.60-0), consistent with the PR merging on 2026-04-15. Evidence: ReportActionsList.tsx confirmed modified by PR 85114. The PR itself patches 4 known inverted list bugs including a MVCP workaround for Android (patch 006), but web scroll jump is not covered. melvin-bot already linked this PR.
