Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Account is not verified.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create a report.
4. Open the report.
5. Click on the report header subtitle link.
6. Right click on the report > Delete report > Delete.
7. Create an expense.
8. On the expense preview, click Submit and Approve.
9. Click Pay > Pay with business account.

Expected Result:

Not here RHP will not open in the background.

Actual Result:

Not here RHP opens in the background.
