In one of the earlier pre-designs for travel invoicing we said we'd be emailing the admins monthly with the invoice statement. We don't currently do that.
The reason we don't currently do that is because when I (@blimpich) was originally scoping this out I didn't see code that sent the ecard statement on a monthly basis, but that was after a cursory glance.
We should revisit this and decide on:
- Does the ecard send a monthly statement right now? And if so, to whom?
- Should we send a monthly statement via email for Travel Invoicing?
