Action Performed:
Go to staging.new.expensify.com
Create a new Gmail account.
Click Skip on work email step.
Click Manage my team's expenses.
Select 1-4 employees > Continue.
Select any accounting > Continue.
Select Expensify Card and Travel > Continue.
Go to #admins.
Click "How do I enable and issue Expensify Cards for my team?".
