Device used: Mac 26.2 / Chrome
App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Open 1:1 DM with other user.
  3. Create a scan expense with invalid receipt.
  4. Wait for scan to fail.
  5. Open the expense.
  6. Right click on "Receipt scanning failed. Enter details manually." system message > Copy to clipboard.
  7. Paste the content.

Expected Result:

The copied content will be "Receipt scanning failed. Enter details manually."

Actual Result:

The copied content is "the receipt couldn't be read. Please upload a clearer photo.", which is different from the system message.
The same issue also happens when receiver copies the system message.
