Here's a concise plan to undo commit 416b24e and restore the "Learn more" link:

1. Update en.ts — restore the HTML link in the description string

Change deviceManagementPage.description from:

'Manage all the devices that you have logged into with your Expensify Account.'

to:

'Manage all the devices that you have logged into with your Expensify Account. <a href="https://help.expensify.com/articles/new-expensify/settings/Manage-Logged-in-Devices">Learn more</a>'

2. Update all other language files (de.ts, es.ts, fr.ts, it.ts, ja.ts, nl.ts, pl.ts, pt-BR.ts, zh-hans.ts) — same change, restoring the localized "Learn more" link text with the same href.

3. Update DeviceManagementPage.tsx — switch from plain <Text> back to <RenderHTML> for the description so the <a> tag renders as a clickable link:

• Import RenderHTML from @components/RenderHTML
• Change line 64 from:

  <Text style={[styles.ph5, styles.pv3]}>{translate('deviceManagementPage.description')}</Text>

  to:

  <View style={[styles.ph5, styles.pv3]}>
      <RenderHTML html={translate('deviceManagementPage.description')} />
  </View>

• Add the View import from react-native if not already present (it is), and add the RenderHTML import.

That's it — 3 steps, ~11 files touched.
