App Component: Chat Report View

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to any chat.
3. Send a message.
4. Edit the message from Step 3 and save it.
5. Send a new message.

Expected Result:

User can send a new message after editing sent message.

Actual Result:

New message is not sent after editing message

Workaround:
