Pause icon does not appear after opening playing video in fullscreen

Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Sign up with a Gmail address with a + in it.
3. Click Skip > 'Organize my personal spending'
4. Open the workspace chat or a DM
5. Attach a .mp4 video in the chat (you can use the one named 'test' attached in the issue report)
6. Click the play button on the video thumbnail
7. Click the expand icon at the top right corner of the video thumbnail to open the video in fullscreen mode
8. Click the X button at the top right corner to close the fullscreen mode
9. Click the play button on the video thumbnail again
10. Click the expand icon again to reopen the video in fullscreen mode

Expected Result:

When the video is playing in fullscreen mode, the pause icon should be displayed instead of the play icon.

Actual Result:

When the user starts playing the video from the thumbnail and then opens it in fullscreen mode, the video continues playing but the play icon remains visible instead of changing to the pause icon.
