App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

1. Sign in to ND as User A
2. Create a workspace, invite User B (Approver) and User C (Submitter)
3. Open workspace settings - Workflows - Approvals
4. Click Add approval workflow
5. Select User C on the "When the following members submit.." page, click Next
6. Select User B on the "Set approver" page
7. On the "(Optional) Want to add an approval limit?" page click Skip
8. Click Additional approver row and select User A

Expected Result:

"(Optional) Want to add an approval limit?" page does not appear after being dismissed and selecting second approver

Actual Result:

"(Optional) Want to add an approval limit?" page appears again after skipping this step and selecting second approver
