Action Performed:

Preconditions
Setup
Enable the wallet on the payer account you have access to. We will call them
receiver and payer for these tests. Both accounts should use USD as the
currency.
Payer - Pay an IOU

1. Login as account A (payer) that has an activated the wallet
2. Open a chat with an account that has NOT setup wallet yet
3. As account A, pay a money request the account (must be in USD)
4. Select Pay with Wallet
5. Tap on the failed pay request
6. Tap on More button -> View detail
7. Tap back button

Expected Result:

Can open the failed pay request with the detail information

Actual Result:

Skeleton loading after open failed pay request, Pay with wallet to the user without a wallet
