App Component: User Settings

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com on Web
2. Login with any account
3. Go to any section with animated images in Account menu (Wallet, Preferences, Copilot, Security, Help, About etc.)
4. Check that the image animations are working

Expected Result:

Image animation in Account settings sections is working correctly

Actual Result:

There is no animation in Account settings sections in Web app
