Action Performed:

1. Open https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Create a workspace
3. Go to Account
4. Click on Agents
5. Go offline
6. Create an Agent
7. Delete the Agent
8. Go online

Expected Result:

Agent is deleted after go back online

Actual Result:

Agent is appeared again after go back online

Workaround:
