Add app_id for fastlane's upload_symbols_to_crashlytics Testflight build step

cc @luacmartins for context. I don't think we can be sure it will solve the issue, but it's worth trying?

Details

• Specify our app's app_id as a param of in fastlane's upload_symbols_to_crashlytics function call, as suggested in upload_symbols_to_crashlytics not working with Firebase/Crashlytics fastlane/fastlane#16168 (comment).
  I also checked it's a supported param in their docs.

Tests

Can't be tested locally, we'll manually check during the next staging deploy if Crashlytics reports that the dSYM file hasn't been uploaded again.
