Until then mute chats will show in LHN and a new notification called hidden chats will not show up in LHN.

• If a new CSS style is added I verified that:
  • A similar style doesn't already exist

Updated code so that if notification preference is hidden then a selection to change notification is not shown nor is "hidden" available as an option in the dropdown.

cc @chiragsalian Will this PR fix this issue #25774 ? It seems that when we hide the chat from LHN, if the chat is unread then it will be counted in the unread indicator count.

Having a hermes-engine problem with my emulator but tested on the smaller screen sizes and there doesn't seem to be any native changes so going ahead with the merge.

Same as above. Need to get my emulators working but haven't had time to with other issues. Will try to troubleshoot over the weekend.

Hi @chiragsalian I wonder why didn't you move the logic to hide hidden notification reports to shouldReportBeInOptionList. Wouldn't it be a single source of truth to show/hide report?
