[CP Staging] [NoQA] Require full screen for iOS

Details

We have updated the ios to only use portrait mode also fro ipad because the wide layout in native is not working well blocking the release. However, the piepline failed https://github.com/Expensify/App/actions/runs/6121228775, because unless said otherwise the ipad should support multitasking so it should support the landscape too

Following on this Stack overflow we just need to require the app to be fullscreen for ios https://stackoverflow.com/questions/32559724/ipad-multitasking-support-requires-these-orientations which should be no issue for us and it will hopefully fix this problem
