[NoQA] compiler: --json option to healthcheck CLI

Details

Added --json option to healthcheck CLI. This option will allow us to detect which files are successfully and not successfully compiled by react-compiler. Right now we don't use this flag anywhere but we'll use it in C job that will assure that old files, that were successfully compiled still can be successfully compiled.
