Fix: Android - Category - "Default tax rate" briefly changes back to the default one

Explanation of Change

Ensure Onyx.update is executed before navigation to prevent UI blinking issues, affecting the category name and rate.

Tests

1. Open the app
2. Create a workspace (Always create a new workspace for each test to ensure that the bug can be consistently reproduced)
3. Navigate to Workspace settings - More features
4. Enable Taxes, Rules and Workflows
5. Navigate to Workspace settings - Categories
6. Tap on any category
7. Tap on "Default tax rate"
8. Select "Tax Rate 1 - 5%"
9. Tap on "Name"
10. Add a few characters after the current name and tap on the "Save" button
11. Verify "Default tax rate" should be the one we have set before without it briefly changes back to initial rate

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
