Precondition: have a report that has View, Submit, Approve, and Pay action

1. Go to the Reports tab
2. Long press on an expense to go to the Select mode
3. Press on Submit button of an expense
4. Press on Approve button of an expense
5. Press on View button of an expense
6. Press on Pay button of an expense
7. Verify each press toggles the selection

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines

@bernhardoj I'm curious how come pointer events none passed through style works on native 🤔

In React Native native platforms, pointerEvents is a View prop, not a style. Passing styles.pointerEventsNone through style props to Button/PaymentMethod components won’t reliably disable touch interactions on iOS/Android.

I'm wondering how come things seem to work on this PR and why we're not getting an error similar to this one ?
