Note: This pr is a generic refactor of code, so all the mentioned actions should behave as usual and follow the required steps to take mentioned actions.

1. Log in with an account.
2. Create a new expense and submit it to anyone.
3. Create a scanned expense and submit it to anyone.
4. Open the receipt expense, wait for it to be scanned.
5. Change the receipt.
6. Verify that you can change the receipt, wait for it to be scanned.
7. Remove the receipt.
8. Verify that you can remove the receipt.
9. Create a workspace.
10. Submit a manual expense to the workspace.
11. Scan a receipt to the same workspace.
12. Open the receipt expense, wait for it to be scanned.
13. Change the receipt.
14. Verify that you can change the receipt, wait for it to be scanned.

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
