Fix duplicating time expenses

Explanation of Change

Makes it so when time expenses are duplicated, all the necessary data is copied to the newly created expense and so the duplicated expense is recognized as a time expense.

1. Go to workspace chat that has time tracking enabled in OD.
2. Click + > Create expense > Time.
3. Create time expense
4. Open the expense report.
5. Click More > Duplicate.
6. Verify the new expense is a time expense and has correct values (merchant, amount).
