• This PR refactors page DisablePage, EnabledPage, LockAccountPage, InitialSettingsPage to use useConfirmModal.

  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
