Fix missing Concierge Chat in LHN when accessing via DM link

Explanation of Change

Align LHN initialization for DM deep-link entry with the standard app entry flow so Concierge Chat is consistently shown for eligible users.

Tests

1. Register as a new user for the app
2. Select “Chat and split expenses with friends” and complete onboarding.
3. Tap the Find icon in the upper right corner of the LHN, and enter a new email address that does not have an Expensify account
4. Tap on the email >> user direct to DM >> Go to compose box, enter Text "Hello" and hit send
5. Log out of the app
6. Open the email inbox of the invited user (inbox of the New email address which does not have an Expensify account)
7. Wait at least 10 - 12 minutes for the email to arrive
8. Once the email arrive >> Open the mail and go down to the bottom where the link is new.expensify.com
9. Click on the link, and observed that the user was directed to the DM chat
10. Navigate to LHN, and observe that the Concierge chat is visible

It adheres to proper capitalization guidelines (note: only the first word of header/labels should be capitalized), and is either coming verbatim from figma or has been approved by marketing (in order to get marketing approval, ask the Bug Zero team member to add the Waiting for copy label to the issue)
  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)
• I verified all code is DRY (the PR doesn't include any logic written more than once, with the exception of tests)
• I verified any variables that can be defined as constants (ie. in CONST.ts or at the top of the file that uses the constant) are defined as such
