Android GPS Notification using Airship Live Updates

Explanation of Change

GPS notification using expo-location ended up being limited when compared to the GPS notification we have on Expensify Classic. Making sure that it works 1:1 on New Expensify by using Airship Live Updates

Tests

Starting GPS trip and backgrounding the app:

1. Start GPS trip
2. Verify that it shows a notification banner at the top of the screen
3. Verify that there is a notification on the lock screen and in the notifications panel
4. Navigate to a different screen and background the app
5. Tap on the GPS notification
6. Verify that it opens the app and navigates to the GPS screen with ongoing GPS trip
7. Background the app again
8. Tap on the GPS notification
9. Verify that it opens the app on the GPS screen (there should be no unnecessary navigation animation or anything like that)

Logging out:

1. Start GPS trip
2. Verify that the GPS notification appears
3. Log out
4. Verify that the GPS notification disappeared

Switch to Expensify Classic:

1. Start GPS trip
2. Verify that the GPS notification appears
3. Switch to Expensify Classic
4. Verify that the GPS notification disappeared

App termination:

1. Start GPS trip
2. Verify that the GPS notification appears
3. Terminate the app
4. Verify that the GPS notification disappeared
5. Open the app again, it should show the Continue GPS trip recording? modal
6. Tap Continue trip
7. Verify that the GPS notification appears

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)
• I verified all code is DRY (the PR doesn't include any logic written more than once, with the exception of tests)
