Explanation of Change

When a user with no workspaces navigates to FAB > Start chat > Room, the keyboard from the previous "Chat" tab persists on iOS. Because shouldEnableKeyboardAvoidingView is disabled for the empty workspace state (workspaceOptions.length === 0), the layout doesn't adjust and the "Learn more" button gets pushed below the visible viewport, hidden behind the keyboard.

This PR dismisses the keyboard when the EmptyWorkspaceView component mounts by adding a useEffect that calls Keyboard.dismiss(). Since there are no input fields in the empty workspace state, the keyboard serves no purpose and should be dismissed.

Tests

3. On the "Chat" tab, tap the search input to bring up the keyboard
4. Switch to the "Room" tab
5. Verify the keyboard is dismissed and the "No workspace found" screen is displayed with the "Learn more" button fully visible
