1. User is removed from the workspace
2. The report is moved to the user's personal policy (P.S we're changing that here to unreport expenses and delete the draft report instead)
3. As the report is moved to the personal policy, why is it still showing in NewDot then?

Feels like this change might be redundant either way, so I'm somewhat inclined to :donothing:

Because the todo filters don't filter out personal policies, so we should add that. That said, I think the solution in this PR is incorrect. We should just add that condition here
