Update help article to match 'Duplicate workspace' UI label

Explanation of Change

Updates the help site article docs/articles/new-expensify/workspaces/Duplicate-Workspace.md to match the UI label change from "Duplicate Workspace" to "Duplicate workspace" (lowercase 'w') introduced in #86384.

Per HELPSITE_NAMING_CONVENTIONS.md, all UI element references must use the exact text and capitalization shown in the product. The bolded button reference in the step instructions now matches the updated UI.

Hmm....I do know the help site has always used title case whereas in the product and marketing copy we default mostly to sentence case unless it's a branded term (eg. "Expensify Card" or "Expensify Travel"). @stephanieelliott what would you suggest for the help site in this case? It's a really tiny update.

Since it's referring to a button in this context, we should match the UI and use title case!

Ah @stephanieelliott so this PR was actually auto-created and stems from a change I made to the button (from Duplicate Workspace to Duplicate workspace) lol
