Remove test drive option from Global Create FAB menu

Explanation of Change

The test drive flow has been deprecated (confirmed by JmillsExpensify in the linked issue). This PR removes the "Take a 2-minute test drive" option from the Global Create (FAB) menu by:

• Removing the TestDriveMenuItem component from FloatingActionButtonAndPopover
• Removing the TEST_DRIVE entry from FAB_ITEM_ORDER in FABPopoverMenu

Tests

1. Log in to the app
2. Navigate to the Inbox (home screen)
3. Tap the green FAB (+ button) at the bottom right
4. Verify the "Take a 2-minute test drive" option is no longer listed in the menu
5. Verify all other FAB menu items still appear and function correctly (Submit expense, Start chat, Send invoice, Book travel, New workspace)
6. Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

Offline tests

N/A — this change only removes a menu item from the FAB; no offline behavior is affected.

QA Steps

1. Log in to the app on staging
2. Navigate to the Inbox
3. Tap the green FAB (+ button)
4. Verify the "Take a 2-minute test drive" option is not present in the menu
5. Verify all remaining FAB menu items appear in the correct order and work as expected
6. Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)
