refactor: PureReportActionItem, TaskPreview

Explanation of Change

Moved taskReport Onyx subscription from ReportActionItem / PureReportActionItem into TaskPreview itself. Only TaskPreview reacts to task report changes instead of the whole ReportActionItem tree.

PROPOSAL:

Tests

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

Test 1: Task preview renders live title

1. In any chat, click the + (green) button → Assign task → assign to yourself, title "Buy groceries", click Confirm task.
2. The task message in the chat should show the title Buy groceries with a checkbox on the left and an arrow on the right.

Test 2: Live title updates when the task report is edited

1. Click the task you just created to open it.
2. Click the title Buy groceries → rename to "Buy eggs" → save.
3. Navigate back to the parent chat.
4. The task preview message should now read Buy eggs

Test 3: Checkbox state reflects task completion

1. In the parent chat, click the checkbox next to the task preview.
2. The checkbox fills in, the title gets a strikethrough, the green "outstanding" dot disappears (if it was shown).
3. Click it again to reopen.
4. Strikethrough removed, green dot returns for assigned-to-you tasks.

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)
• I verified all code is DRY (the PR doesn't include any logic written more than once, with the exception of tests)
