Mesmerize is almost compatible with Elementor.
But some tiny bugs exist:

Mesmerize Theme prevents to change the color for any icons in elementor. Only gray. It was already been reported here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/icon-color-with-elementor/ in the next capture the icon should be red

Mesmerize Companion prevents the display of the text module in elementor. Only this module, and only in the front page. But still it's disabling enough to not be able to write on the homepage. It becomes impossible to write in bold, italic, etc.
