Integration tests for DB Replica v2. Component is tested only through
DatabaseBuilder. Tests are separated to default test and test with custom configuration. Also, addscleanupReplicasutil to avoid situations, during destroying stack, when primary instance enters modifying state after replica is deleted, so it can't create a snapshot for it and breaks.
