Use ability-native projections for DMC tools

Summary

• Registers selected DMC workspace and GitHub tools through Data Machine's ability-native projection helper while preserving existing model-facing tool names.
• Keeps legacy wrapper registration as fallback when the projection helper is unavailable, and leaves bespoke alias/composed wrappers in place.
• Adds projection regression coverage for canonical ability slugs, schema de-duplication, and model-visible payload shape related to Workspace tools: assert ls/read payloads survive into model-facing transcripts #534.

Closes #536.
