docs: add PHP Runner service page, enumerate php-runner on 3 pages
Drafts documentation for the new PHP MyApps runner (Eyevinn/osaas-deploy-manager#1500,
Eyevinn/osaas-user-docs#59). All content is grounded in the 7 recorded design
decisions on #1500 (Apache + mod_php foreground serving model, PHP 8.3 pinned,
$OSC_ENTRY -> public/index.php -> web/index.php -> index.php auto-detection,
no Dockerfile.osc, 2Gi memory matching golang-runner, HA/stage-prod scope still
being verified, sample e2e repo to be created separately).
New: Service:-PHP-Runner.md, mirroring Service:-Golang-Runner.md's structure.
Updated the three enumeration pages after reading each one's current content:
- My-Apps-Runtime-Limits.md: added the php-runner row (2Gi, matching golang)
to the memory limits table, plus a practical-implications bullet. Also
flagged (did not fabricate) that php-runner and dotnet-runner are missing
from the request-body-size table, since no confirmed ingress values for
php-runner exist yet.
- OSC-Platform-Networking-and-Isolation-Model.md: same flag added to the
per-runtime networking limits table, for the same reason.
- Programmatic-Instance-Management.md: added php-runner (and the
pre-existing gap, dotnet-runner) to the runner-token-refresh sentence.
Publish step deliberately deferred: per the ticket, dispatch.yml and
osaas-ai's update-rag.yml are NOT run in this commit. Eyevinn/osaas-deploy-manager#1502
(runner image + catalog entry live on dev) is not yet resolved, so this
content should not be indexed into the public RAG-backed docs site until the
feature actually works.
