Does f-stack supports multithreading?

Hi,

I am totally new to f-stack. I wanted to know if f-stack supports multi-threading, for example, similar to POSIX threads? I have gone through a couple of issues here but didn't get satisfactory answer?

F-Stack don't support multithreading, but you can do some modify to support it, see #430 .
