Problem: Global Settings collection and its resources were missing from the API Analysis: Global Settings collection and 3 out of 4 of its endpoints have been added. Last endpoint metrics-exclusions, wil be added in next PR as due to a ID430586 that affects all versions it requires some careful workaround. Tests: Flake8 Unit Functional
