sidenote .. on the same mega folder you will find a fw "libresdrx0426" ... that has NO MODULATOR AND NO WEBPAGE ... only ptt out and 10mhz sync ... and works via usb and ethernet ... so if youi want to use usb ... and do not need the datv modulator ... then try the smaller one |

Yes blah blah blah. This firmware it's rubbish if not followed by clear documentation. Ask who ? You or them? No thank you. Here the firmware have a superior support. You keep what you like and leave us to comment what i found. Have a nice stay with them. |

I return to the section because I need to add some things so that the whole picture exists of what is happening with the mentioned firmware. |

I would suggest to you completely friendly and without any intention of further confrontation to get down from the chair you have climbed on to appear taller than the others. Just My Two Cents. |

Note that latest 0.3.12 version has now datv modulator integrated (on FPGA) and works with EasyDATV as plutodvb2 compatible. The missing part compared to Manfred : input clock - it is planned. |

My opinion on the highly advertised firmware of the DL1JM.
I have a PlutoLibre that works wonderfully. I have set up the USB port as well as the Ethernet port.
Out of curiosity, I thought to try the so-called Libresdr-DVBS2 (4Gigs) firmware.
I write it to a freshly formatted SD card with Balena and place it in the slot.
I connect the USB cable to the device, trying, based on the instructions, at least to have it recognized as a Pluto by SDR-Console via the USB connection.
I did not connect Ethernet because I did not want, for the moment, to change any settings related to the IP ports, which I had already set.
The only thing I managed to observe is that each time you connect it to the computer, it gets a different COM port.
Nevertheless, it was impossible to get it to work.
Also, even with the Ethernet port connected, it was not recognized by the application.
So, it went straight to the recycling bin.
It is not acceptable that someone should have to mess with their existing settings for questionable firmware that also has no documentation and circulates by word of mouth like the Holy Grail secret.
Back on road with knows works well firmware.
