[Balance Idea]: increase sparky build distance to be equal to other t2 engies (5->6)

Intended Change

Increase the Build Distance of sparkies from 5->6

Reasoning

For consistency with templates that work without moving on T2 engies but don't work on sparkies.

Expected behavior

Sparky BuilDistance increases by 1
