channel x-coordinate unclear

Spec says channel -> x_coordinate is

"x-coordinate (UTM-x or longitude) of the channel."

but does not say how to tell if it is UTM or longitude.

Suggest requiring latitude and longitude and making a second pair of fields to hold UTM if that is also needed. But should not overload a field with two meanings.
