Member names for data encoding type #48
Description
Section 2 is vague about the member names of variable-length data composite type. The example does not match names used elsewhere and in the conformance test suite. The names should be "length" and "varData".
All standardized composite types should have explicit member names. For example, the decimal type has members "mantissa" and "exponent".
