Add trixie packages

Revert "osc-lib: Fix SLIP client CPU usage"

This reverts commit 112941ffed661f758cff656e21062cc38eff2f56.

The fix sends runt packets if they don't manage to get in the serial
buffer in one go.
This increases the CPU usage again, but makes sure no bundles are
dropped.
