Make tests explicit in CI

Separate npm run test:unit and npm run test:integration so that we can strip failures easily and it makes environment more explicit

I'd like to work on this if it's still available.
I already have a small CI-only fix prepared that splits the existing test step into explicit unit/integration stages using the existing npm scripts, so failures are easier to identify.
