Merge strategy: Option A - Preserve merge-main architecture - Retain merge-main's cleaner architecture (AnalysisOptions separation) - Keep all analysis options and configuration persistence features - Add max_depth support from origin/main (PR FSoft-AI4Code#33) - Merge custom instruction features from origin/main (PR #30) Code quality improvements: - Removed duplicate code blocks in generate.py - Cleaned up unused imports (traceback, Tuple, APIError, is_top_tier_model, Dict, Any, Path) - Fixed line length issues (>100 chars limit) in 6 files - All lint checks passing (Ruff F, E) - All files compile successfully
