The XRPL platform is market-data, AMM/DEX monitoring, route-simulation, and execution-readiness infrastructure only. Mainnet execution is blocked by default, testnet payloads remain unsigned, and production flows require external signer plus legal, custody, compliance, provider, signer, and board approvals.
