Bug: Cannot join any tutorials

The Join Button is always greyed out on any Tutorial. This only seems to affect me.
It was working last week.

I verified the behaviour under Android in the Firefox and Duckduckgo Mobile Apps.

I hosted a CompSci Tutorial, though that shouldn't make a difference as other Tutors didn't have the same problem. (As far as i heard)

Additionally, under My Registrations, when i try to un-collapse Vorkurs 2025, i get a client side error.

I am pretty sure we disabled the join buttons for tutors, as that would claim space in the capacity. We will double check the implementation there and may add a tooltip or something
