droid download issue on Ubuntu 22.04.5

I was trying to install droid on my Ubuntu x64 laptop but got this error:

xdg-utils are ok.

I am based in Germany, is it a location issue? or what else?

was installing today, all was normal. curl or tmp storing problems? what's about space on disk?

can't be i've 49GB free on my /dev/sda.. what do you mean with curl storing problems?

according to ChatGPT info this output means

_status: NXDOMAIN
ANSWER: 0

NXDOMAIN means your system asked the DNS server for cli.factory.ai and the server responded: “this domain does not exist”.
That is why curl fails with Could not resolve host.
This is not a problem on your machine, it’s the domain itself is currently invalid / removed / misconfigured.
Implications: the official CLI cannot be installed locally via curl until Factory.ai fixes this domain.
Any attempts to download the CLI directly from cli.factory.ai will continue to fail._

So what should I do?

solved by following this procedure, sorry for the noise here, I am quite rusty with bash..
$ sudo snap remove curl
$ sudo apt install curl
https://askubuntu.com/questions/1387141/curl-23-failure-writing-output-to-destination
