503 Server unavailable error

I am getting a 503 Server unavailable error when Wii U USB Helper is loading. If I choose continue, the app still loads, but is unusable. It appears to be missing content, and there is a modal splash screen or something blocking half of the app.

Turns out, I was pointing to an old save folder and the DLC's in there were causing the problem. I moved them somewhere else, and everything opens up correctly now.

Ehh, I spoke too soon. I can't download any games. I get a 503 error.

Find the launcher's tray icon and go to Advanced -> Clear Install.
