Pull request overview
Removes the “dismiss update” behavior so the out-of-date modal is shown whenever an update is detected (instead of being suppressible across launches via localStorage).
Changes:
- Remove localStorage-based “Skip update” dismissal state and handler.
- Always open the update modal whenever
fgcsOutOfDateInfois set. - Remove the “Skip update” button from the modal UI.
